Three-week Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy class - Grades 1st-5th
Three 3-week sessions available. Enroll in one, two, or all three sessions.
Science-of-Reading-aligned instruction with 1:5 student to teacher ratio.
Price per three-week session: $550 class fee + $29 material fee

SESSION A:
Mon-Thurs for 3 weeks | June 8-25, 8:30am-11:25am
SESSION B:
Mon-Thurs for 3 weeks | July 6-23, 2025, 8:30am-11:25am
SESSION C:
Mon-Thurs for 3 weeks | July 27-August 13, 8:30am-11:25am
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In each three-week session (M-Th for 3 weeks), students will participate in intensive Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy instruction, focusing on reading (decoding) and spelling (encoding). Structured Literacy is the most effective approach for students experiencing difficulties with reading and spelling, including students with dyslexia.
Priority for enrollment in this summer program is given to students with Dyslexia/SLD indicators, but anyone may apply.
Reserve your child's space now, as spaces are limited and fill up fast!
Bring a water bottle labeled with your child's name daily.
Sample Schedule:
8:30am - Drop-off (no earlier than 8:25am)
8:35-10:00am - phonological/phonemic awareness activities, Orton-Gillingham reading and spelling instruction, heart word practice
10:00-10:15 - break
10:15-11:15 - Orton-Gillingham reading and spelling instruction, fluency practice, and decodable texts
11:15-11:25 - Games and Pick-up
